PROJECTS
At Terrats Arquitectura, since 1987, we have always focused on satisfying the client's needs with good architecture and at the most reasonable price. HOSPITALS, UNIVERSITIES AND UNIQUE BUILDINGS
The headquarters of the mutual MATT and current hospital headquarters of the mutual activa, located in: Carrer de Pin i Soler, 12, 43002 Tarragona.
It is a modern building based on the architecture of Louis Khan, which presented a challenge at the structural calculation level since it has a swimming pool for rehabilitation on the fourth floor, halfway up the building.
In addition, the facade has an iconic character, easy to remember, something very positive that is sought in this type of corporate building.
The interior of the building presents diaphanous and luminous spaces, and is designed for the maximum comfort of the users.
HOTELS, TOURISM AND THE HOTEL SECTOR
Acclaimed and architecturally recognized by critics, it is a hotel complex located at Carrer Riu Brugent, 16, 43364 Prades, Tarragona.
Its construction was worth mentioning in several Catalan media for its architectural value.
The complex has a rustic, comfortable and modern appearance, as well as geometric structures from which you can see the sky lying in bed under the moonlight, built in glass and wood.

RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION OF HISTORICAL CULTURAL HERITAGE
Restoration of the Romanesque Church of Sant Ramón:
Awarded by the archbishopric of tarragona, we built the Iglesia del Esperit Sant (church of the holy spirit) in Salou.
We also performed numerous restorations of churches of great historical and cultural importance, as is the case of the Romanesque Church of Sant Ramón, with 1000 years of history, located at Plaça Sant Ramon, 5, 43810 El Pla de Santa Maria, Tarragona. We are also pioneers in Spain in cryogenic cleaning with dry ice, being the first to use this technology for architectural works of historical importance.

We built a set of 26 modern single-family homes in Carrer de la Via Làctia 08818, Barcelona.
It may seem that it is an urbanization under the same promotion, however it is a cluster of private happy customer.
