The technical inspection of residential buildings (IEE) consists of a visual inspection of the building carried out by a competent technician whose purpose is to determine its status at the time of the inspection and guide the property in the actions to be carried out to fulfill the duty of Conservation and maintenance. As well as checking factors such as accessibility or the efficiency of the building.
It includes:
-Visit and inspection of the building
-Energy Certificates for all buildings that do not have it in force.
-All procedures with the Generalitat.
-Online delivery of the necessary documentation.
*The cost of the IEE will be normally 300 euros + 110 euros per dwelling in the block.
