-Visit of one of our architects or team of architects to the premises for further necessary checks. 
-We inform if the change of use is possible or not, if possible, we start with the change of use project and all the necessary procedures to achieve it.
 
Project of Change of Commercial Activity of Local:
-Preliminary investigation in our offices to determine the possibility of changing activity according to municipal regulations and the characteristics of the premises in question, among other factors.
-Visit of one of our architects or team of architects to the premises for further necessary checks. 
-Complete project of change of commercial activity and all the necessary procedures to achieve it.
 
*The price of 100 euros is symbolic, it counts for the visit and the previous study to determine the cost of the change of use or if it is possible or not. This amount will be deducted in full from the final cost of the project.
