The technical inspection of residential buildings (ITE) consists of a visual inspection of the building carried out by a competent technician whose purpose is to determine its status at the time of the inspection and guide the property in the actions to be carried out to fulfill the duty of Conservation and maintenance.

 

It includes:

-Visit and inspection of the building

-All procedures with the Generalitat.

-Online delivery of the necessary documentation.

 

*The cost of the ITE will be  normally 200 euros + 50 euros per dwelling in the block.
