The German Bauhaus of 1919 was truly free in its architecture, where the architect could give free rein to his imagination to transform it into spaces. Currently, due to the legislative framework, as an architect, Lluís considers himself a construction manager, who tries to generate the most comfortable and functional space possible for the minimum economic cost, always subject to the criteria of the regulations and the municipalities.  

After more than 50 years of experience as an Architect PHD. and 400 projects carried out in Zaragoza and Barcelona, Dr. Lluís Alsina Ferreros brings to the team excellent space and cost management skills, within current regulations, as well as a great construction site supervision presence in our projects.
